At Aurélien, we strive for complete satisfaction with your luxury purchase; if you are not entirely pleased, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form provided by our portal.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
